Sanna Styles is a woman owned and operated business built around empowering others from within. Our slogan is “Be the Brightness”. We provide our Sanna Stylists with all the tools needed to grow individually and professionally.

We provide regular one-on-one training that is built to directly improve your speed, confidence, and skills, not just to review your metrics and set goals. You will walk away from each meeting with the knowledge necessary to directly impact your paycheck.

About the role

We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Nail Techs to join our Sanna Styles team. Sanna Styles is growing, and we need your help!

Sanna Styles operates on a zero-walk in basis, meaning every single appointment happens in advance. We operate with an attitude of attraction for our clientele.

Both Sanna Styles and the employee work together to build clientele in a symbiotic relationship. We tend to be booked out 2-3 weeks constantly.

At Sanna Styles ones actions is just as important as the entire team working cohesively. You will be responsible for salon sanitation, customer service, and perfecting service standards.

Each month you will attend two meetings. One team meeting for overall instruction, and a one-on-one meeting to provide you with personalized coaching to support you in achieving your goals.

Our mission is to give you the runway to take your Nail Technician career as as you want it to go. We will provide a safe environment to fail, the knowledge to run a business, tools to build your skill set, and how to build a clientele. We will also provide opportunities for professional growth through management and instructor roles.

Sanna Styles culture is vital to our existence. Our team is the first and last point of contact every customer will have. Because of this, We are selective on who we bring on to our team.

 

 

Interview Process

Step 1:  Submit an application below.
Step 2: An in person interview to discuss your goals, culture fit, and availability.
Step 3: A work interview to observe you performing a service to determine your current skill level.
Step 4: You will take part in a Job shadow with us and get to see what your day-to-day will be like.
Step 5: Job offer and onboarding.

Commission and Pay

All Sanna Stylists operate on commissions, ranging from 50% to 85%. All stylists will start at a 50% commission of all services.
