Booth Reservation What is included with your booth reservation By default, all booths will be nonelectric Each booth will be 10'x10' in size Free social media advertising What is not included with your booth reservation Tables, Tablecloths, Chairs, banners, flags, fliers, cards Electricity Internet Access (unless otherwise stated) What upgrades are available for your booth reservation Electricity (dependent on location): $30 6' Table, black tablecloth, 2 chairs: $40
Pricing Booth Options Interior Booths $175 – 10x10 Standard Booth $250 – Semi-Private 8'x11' Suite $300 – Semi-Private 10x10 Suite $500 – Fully Private 17'x11' Suite $600 – Fully Private 20'x10' Suite Food Trucks 7% Gross Sales Music DJ - Negotiable Upgrades Electricity: $30 6' Table, Tablecloth, 2 chairs: $40 Payment Sanna Styles Markets and Events will only accept and request payment via our website. If anyone requests payment from you outside of our website please contact us immediately. Refunds Refunds are not offered unless Sanna Styles has to cancel the event.
Schedule of the market All vendors must be set up and ready to go 15 minutes before the start of the market event.
The precise schedule of each event will be emailed as soon as confirmed.
You will be notified of when you are to be off the premises prior to the event. You will be subject to a fee if you are still onsite past that time.
Someone must be at your booth during the entire event.
Advertising, Sales, and Revenue As normal, you are entirely responsible for the revenue at the market.
Sanna Styles will do our part to ensure normal to heavy foot traffic for each event. We will do this through social media advertising, search engine marketing, newspaper advertisements, Facebook events, and any other appropriate methods.
However, you are ultimately responsible for advertising your presence at the event both before and during the day of the event itself.
Parking You will be informed of any designated parking spaces for vendors during the event to ensure event attendees have ample parking options.
